Ballet of the Dolls deconstructs Tchaikovsky’s classic tale through Marie and her adolescent awakenings as she gives up her beloved doll from childhood, Barbie, for her new love the enchanted nutcracker, Ken; confounding her condo-dwelling single mother, Momma. Look for new twists and turns on this Dolls classic that can only come from the genius of Myron Johnson and the Dolls.
