Ritz Theater Refund/Exchange Policy:
Given at least 10 days notice before performance day, ticket reservations are eligible for cancellations/refunds. Exchanges are welcome any time up to one day before the performance. Unfortunately, requests for cancellations, refunds, and exchanges on performance day cannot be accomodated.
 

The Ritz Theater is committed to making programs fully accessible.  Please contact the venue for information about specific performances.
